The Details

Single-vineyard biodynamically Riesling grown in the otherworldly heights of the Alto-Adigean alps over 1000m in the direction of the sky. Grapes are hand-harvested, cold-soaked for a short period of time prior to a gentle pressing to stainless steel for spontaneous fermentation and aging. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<30ppm) added SO2.
