The Details

From the upper reaches of Alto-Adige in the Val Venosta - under the shadow of its famous, ancient castle (Castel Juval), this is Pinot Nero as a saignée (bled) rosato. A mountain wine from organically cultivated vines, spontaneously fermented in the cellar and aged in a combination of tank and neutral wood. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12.5%ABV
