The Details

100% Pinot Blanc from organically cultivated higher-elevation vines in Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and aged 18 month sur lattes before disgorgement. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 (parcel is next to her 'libre comme l'air' site).
