50/50 Pinot Noir & Gewürztraminer from vines grown in the Bas Rhin in Alsace. Hand-harvested, the grapes co-macerate/spontaneously ferment for 10 days prior to pressing. Neutral barrel élevage for up to 10 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5% ABV
