The Details
Old vine Pinot Noir from the Bas Rhin in Alsace. Vines are planted in clay/gravel/silty soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster macerate/spontaneously ferment in tank prior to pressing. Élevage for up to 10 months in neutral oak barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
