The Details
From biodynamically cultivated 20 year-old Malbec vines on blue clay soils in the right bank of Bordeaux near Bayas. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for a month or so before extended élevage in a combination of amphora (80%) and neutral barrel (20%). Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13% ABV
