Biodynamic, zero/zero Bordeaux! 100% Malbec from 20 year-old vines planted on the unique blue clay of Bayas. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for a long period of time in terracotta amphorae. Spontaneous fermentation prior to pressing and aging for 24 months in amphora (80%) & neutral oak (20%). Blended and bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13% ABV
