Biodynamic, Zero/Zero Bordeaux Superieur! 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from 25 year-old vines biodynamically cultivated on iron-rich clay soils (crasses de fer) near Guîtres. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a long maceration in terracotta amphora, spontaneously fermenting, prior to a further 14 months in a combination of amphora and neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.5% ABV
