The rare "Gravotte Blanc" from the legendary Clos de Tue-Boeuf in the Loire Valley's Cheverny subregion.
This is a white composed of Fié Gris / Chardonnay Musqué directly pressed, fermented and aged 7 months in old barrel prior to being bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal SO2. 12.89%ABV
