The Details

Entry level yearloy delight from Clos du Tue-Boeuf. 80% Gamay / 20% Pineau d'Aunis. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster, semi-carbonically macerate and spontaneously ferment in vat before pressing. Aged for 6 months in vat before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no-to-low additional SO2 depending on vintage.
