The Details

100% Malbec from old-vines cultivated in clay-limestone soils in Cahors. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, gently crushed and macerated for 1-2 weeks. Spontaneous fermentation. Maturation takes place in stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
