The top wine from Clos Thierrière!

100% Chenin Blanc from a parcel of centenarian (100+ year-old) vines with a surface area of less than one hectare, located on the southern slope of the Vernou-Sur-Brenne commune of Vouvray in the Loire Valley.  Thin top soil with tuffeau bedrock. Directly pressed into stainless steel tank before racking into neutral barrique where the wine undergoes a 12-month élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12%ABV
