The Details

100% biodynamically cultivated Chenin Blanc from Vouvray in France's Loire Valley. 

Located on a northern slope of the commune, these vines are 40 years-old on average from red clay soils. 

Directly pressed into stainless steel, the wine ages 12 months in tank prior to being bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 13.3%ABV
