The Details

Young vine Carinyena (blanca, negra, gris), Garnatxa (blanca, negra, gris), and Muscat de
Alexandria grown in granitic sands of Empordá. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified in parts: 30% carbonic, 60% destemmed and macerate for 5 days, 10% foot trodden and macerate for 12 days in stainless steel tank. Pressed and co-spontaneously fermented and aged for 4 months on the fine lees before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
