From Champ-sur-Layon, this is organically cultivated Cabernet Franc, Pineau d'Aunis, Gamay, and Grolleau from clay/limestone soils. Whole-bunch spontaneously fermented with a short élevage in fiberglass tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
