The Details

70% Syrah, 30% Muscat d'Alexandrie from organically cultivated bush vines planted over sandy/alluvial/schistous soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, and mostly directly presssed (some portion of the Syrah macerates for about a week). Spontaneous co-fermentation and aging in stainless steel before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
