80% Syrah, 20% Carignan biodynamically in the Roussillon, grapes are hand-harvested and co-macerate/spontaneously ferment for a short period of time prior to pressing and aging 7 months in 500L neutral barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
