The Details

Tête-de-Cuvée Blanc from Domaine Carterole! Grenache Blanc (90%) & Roussanne (10%) from a schistous terrace in Collioure in the Roussillon, deep Southern France. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, and spontaneously ferment and age for 7 months thereafter all in neutral barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
