The Details

100% Pinot Noir from a 22 year-old vineyard organically farmed near Vézelay. Grapes are hand-harvested from vines planted in clay/limestone soils and 2/3 are destemmed upon arrival at the winery while 1/3 ferments whole-cluster. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral barrel for 6 months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2 just at bottling.
