The Details
100% Chardonnay from organically cultivated 25 year-old vines in the clay/limestone soils of Vézelay. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age for 10 months in stainless before bottling unfined, coarsely filtered, minimal added SO2.
