ONE BOTTLE MAX / CUSTOMER 

A one-off cuvée from the devastating 2021 vintage in the Jura writ large but especially around Arbois and for Tournelle - a blend of parcels to salvage any wine from the vintage -- 60% Chardonnay // 40% Savagnin from biodynamically cultivated vines. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed, and spontaneously ferment and age for 4 years (!!) in neutral barrel (ouillè) before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
