Still Blanc de Noir! 100% Gamay biodynamically cultivated in the Ardèche and Northern Rhône. Grapes are hand-harvested from 10 year-old vines planted to granite and black mica soils. Directly pressed to inox for spontaneous fermentation and 1 year élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
