The Details

80% Syrah, 20% Marsanne from 40 year-old biodynamically cultivated vines on gneiss soils in the Ardèche/Northern Rhône. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, macerate for 15 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous co-fermentation and aging for 1 year in amphora before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
