100% Syrah from vines biodynamically cultivated vines in Cheminas in the Southern portion of St. Joseph on a plateau above the towns of Tournon & Secheras. Grapes are hand-harvested, semi-carbonically macerate and spontaneously ferment and age in a combination of stainless steel and amphora prior tobottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
