The Details
Chenin Blanc grown on Schist and pressed to stainless steel for fermentation and élevage. This is wine that always shows the fresher, dry expression of Chenin from the Coteaux du Layon- a style that Joel pioneered. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11%ABV
