The Details

100% Chenin Blanc from biodynamically cultivated vines in the Côteaux du Layon. Grapes are hand-harvested, softly pressed on arrival at the cellar and spontaneously ferment and age in stainless steel tank before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11% ABV
