The Details

From the legendary natural Rhône operation at Domaine Gramenon, this is 90% Grenache, 10% Cinsault from biodynamically cultivated vines ranging in age (4-40 years-old). Grapes are hand-harvested, partially destemmed, and macerate for 15 days in cement tank prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and 6-9 month élevage take place also in cement tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<10ppm) added SO2 depending on the vintage, otherwise is zero/zero.
