The Details
100% Syrah from biodynamically cultivated vines on the domaines coolest slopes. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 24 hours before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and 6 month aging in tank before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no-to-low (<10ppm) added SO2, vintage dependent.
