Panoramic skin-contact masterpiece. From the Goldert Grand Cru in Alsace, this is the top skin-contact wine produced at Domaine Gross. Biodynamically farmed Muscat (white and pink-skinned), Riesling, & Gewürztraminer are had-harvested at full maturity prior to a 35 day maceration. Spontaneous fermentation and élevage both take place in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 14.5%ABV
