100% Pinot Noir from the loess terroirs at the bottom of the slopes outside Domaine Gross in Alsace. Biodynamically farmed fruit, the grapes are hand-harvested prior to a 20-day maceration. Pressed to barrel for spontaneous fermentation and élevage sur lie for 12 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13%ABV
