Semi-Négoce white from Boujou - Chardonnay from his vines, Chenin from Anjou, Sauvignon from Touraine. All macerated over night and pressed - spontaneous fermentation and aging for 1 year in neutral barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
