100% Chardonnay from the Champ Millot lieu-dit in the Jura. Grapes are hand-harvested from ~20 year-old vines biodynamically cultivated on red marl soils. Directly pressed and spontaneously fermented and aged for 2 years mainly in neutral barrel with a small portion aged in amphora. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, 15ppm SO2. 12% ABV
