100% Savagnin from the La Pierre vineyard in the Jura. Grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and spontaneously ferment and age in neutral barrel for 2 years (topped up ouillè) before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, 15ppm SO2. 12.5% ABV
