The Details

Pinot Gris / Riesling pét-nat from biodynamically cultivated vines in Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested and Riesling is directly pressed while Pinot Gris gets a short maceration. Pressed, blended, bottled as a pure pét-nat. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2 (disgorged after a few years sur latte).
