Grand Cru Macerated Gewürztraminer! 100% old-vine Gewürztraminer from the Gloeckelberg Grand Cru. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 1 week before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral barrel for 12-15 months before bottling and further aging of 1 year before release to the market. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
