The Details
From biodynamically cultivated 40 year-old vines in Alsace, this is a parcellire co-ferment of Gewürztraminer, Muscat, & Riesling. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for ~12 hours before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 1 year in neutral barrel before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
