Chardonnay, Albariño, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Kerner, Auxerrois, Viognier, Gewurtztraminer, Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. 14 days of skin contact and fermented with wild yeasts stainless. Aged for about a year in both stainless and old barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
