From Okayama, Japan -- 99% Muscat Bailey A, 1% Bailey Alicante. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and spontaneously ferment in neutral oak barrel for 6 1/2 months prior to pressing and élevage also in barrel thereafter. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (15ppm) added SO2.
