The Details

100% Malvasia from young vines in seaside Colares of central coast Portugal. Grapes are hand-harvested and manually, gently pressed. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank. 50% of the wine is aged in neutral barrel while the other 50% is aged in stainless steel tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
