The Details

From Alentejo, this organically cultivated high-elevation white is composed of the native Portuguese varieties Pérola, Arinto, Rabo de Ovelha, Alicante Branco, and Tamarez. Grapaes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously fermented and aged thereafter sur lie for 6 months in cement tank before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12% ABV
