The Details
"100% Pinot Noir. Conca de Barbera, Catalonia. From estate fruit that has been farmed biodynamically since 2007. Vines are 15+ years old and are grown at an elevation of around 450m. Hand harvested, destemmed, and then macerated for 10 days. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless and raised in tonneau for 16 months. No sulfur. Bottled unfined / unfiltered." (Indie Wineries)
