About the wine

100% Pinot Noir from Conca de Barbera in Catalonia. Estate fruit that has been farmed biodynamically by the legend that is Joan-Ramón Escoda since 2007. Vines are ~17 years old and are grown at 450m. Hand-harvested, destemmed, macerated for 10 days prior to presssing and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel prior to maturiation in tonneau for 16 months. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
