The Details

Organically cultivated Garnatxa Negra (40%), Carinyena (30%), & Sumoll (30%). Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 15 days prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging thereafter for 6 months in a combination of stainless steel and amphora. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
