The Details
Spectacular Southern French White from the Minervois composed of Petit & Gros Manseng biodynamically cultivated on 25 year-old vines planted in clay/limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster directly pressed to stainless steel for spontaneous fermentation prior to racking to neutral oak for an élevage of 12 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (10-15ppm) added SO2.
