The Details

Sauvignon Blanc/Chardonnay/Sémillon/Colombard/Ugni Blanc from biodynamically cultivated vines in the deep south of France. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and directly pressed. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless + neutral oak. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12% ABV -- drinks somewhere between white and orange!
