The Details

Négoce cuvée of Cinsault / Malbec / Muscat de Hambourg. Organically cultivated the grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster macerate for 7 days before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 6 months in egg-shaped concrete tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, 20ppm added SO2.
