The Details

A bone-dry rendition of Angeli's iconic Rosé! This is 95% Grolleau Gris with 5% Cabernet Sauvignon from biodynamically cultivated ~40 year-old vines on sandy schistous soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for a short period of time before bottling unfined, coarsely filtered, minimal added (natural - mined volcanic) SO2. 11.5% ABV
