The Details
100% biodynamically cultivated Chenin Blanc from the legendary Ferme de La Sansonnière (Mark Angeli). Grapes are hand-harvested from ~40 year-old vines planted in clay/schist soils. Directly pressed, spontaneously fermented and aged for 1 year in large neutral barrel (double-barrique). Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (natural, volcanic!) sulfur added at bottling.
