About the wine

Syrah and Pinot Noir from Bridge Pa in Hawke's Bay.⁠ Grapes were hand-harvested and fermented whole cluster, extracting as little color and tannin from the skins as possible. The wine is then pressed and blended with a touch of Pinot Noir before being aged in tank for 6 months. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2. 10.5% ABV.
