About the wine

A rosé/orange of Pinot Gris, Syrah and Pinot Noir. The grapes were hand-harvested and separately fermented with wild yeasts. The Pinot Gris ws fermented on the skins and both the Syrah and Pinot Noir direct pressed in whole bunches. Blended and bottled unfined, unfiltered with no SO2.
